(R)-K-13675 decreases the secretion of inflammatory markers without affecting cell proliferation or tube formation. Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha) is a key regulator of lipid and glucose metabolism and has been implicated in inflammation.
